Goblin Poo, better known as chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies, is super easy to make and only takes about 20 minutes. The marshmallows are a fun addition!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 Tablespoons cocoa
• ½ cup (1 stick) butter
• ½ cup milk
• 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky – your choice!)
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
• 3 cups oatmeal
• 1 – 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• Waxed paper

Directions:

In a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk.  Let boil for 1 minute, then add peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal.  Let cool for approximately 10 minutes, then stir in the marshmallows. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, shaping however you desire, and cool until hardened. Work quickly so that your marshmallows don’t melt into goo. The more of their shape that they retain, the better the texture!
